Welcome to the Babylon5 CGS section
Here you can download and discuss the B5 CGS additions, I have made during the last years.
Due to international interest, this part is completly held in English.
What is B5 CGS?
Babylon 5 you may know as great TV series, made in the 90s of the last century.
CGS means Component Game Systems - a company which made a couple of very good strategy boardgames.
Component - because the game is build with hexagonal components (mappieces and tokens). There doesn't exist a static game board.
Unfortunately the company went bankrupt a couple of years ago. So only a small part of the B5 universe was published as boardgame.
As fan of both the boardgame and the series, I decided to make additional components for the game.
You can find them all in the database on this site.
Before you go to the archive, you should be aware of a few facts:
- I am German, so my English isn't perfect, but I will do my best.
- I made the cards/tokens only for game purpose.
I haven't read any RGP sourcebooks or EU novels! Most stuff was made before I watched the series a 2. time on DVD.
So some of my stuff will not fit into the B5 universe. Especially most of the quotes on the cards will sound horrible.
- I don't need comments like "this text sucks"!
But you should make fair comment, if you think a text could be written more precisely.
- I found most of the pictures on the internet. Mostly I didn't asked the site owners for permission to use their pieces.
If you are one of those and don't want me to use your work - contact me and I will remove it from my site.
- You may save and print the graphics for personal use only!
